Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to IntegraIA (the "Platform"), a service operated by Developer Software con IA, RIF V-127601875 (collectively, "we", "our"). These Terms of Service govern the use of our platform and of the WhatsApp integration through the official Meta API (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API).

By accessing or using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you will not be able to use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

IntegraIA connects your business (store or operation managed in Odoo) with WhatsApp, allowing you to:

  • Answer customer inquiries through an AI agent that routes each conversation to the corresponding area of your company.
  • Send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API).
  • Create and use message templates approved by Meta.
  • Automate responses, order registration, inventory control and invoicing.

3. Use of the WhatsApp API

The service uses the official WhatsApp Business API. By using the Platform you also accept Meta's policies, including the Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. We will not use your account to send unsolicited messages or content that violates WhatsApp policies.

4. Registration and Accounts

To use the service you must register and provide truthful and updated information. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must have the legal authority to use the phone number connected to WhatsApp Business.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We process messages and data solely to provide the service. Messages are processed and are never stored longer than necessary, and never beyond 30 days, in accordance with Meta's retention policies. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by following the procedure described on the Data Deletion page (/data-deletion).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics and source code of the Platform belong to IntegraIA / Developer Software con IA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. IntegraIA is not liable for business decisions based on the use of the platform, nor for service interruptions caused by third parties (including Meta).

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified through the Platform or by email.
