Data Deletion

In accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's requirements, you may request at any time the deletion of the data we have stored about you or your business.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to admin@integraia.lat with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include in the message: the name of the registered business or user, the associated WhatsApp phone number, and the reason for the request (optional).
3. We will confirm receipt within a maximum of 48 hours.

What we will delete

• Conversations and messages processed by the platform.
• Contact and account registration data.
• Message templates and saved settings.

Timelines

• We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days from confirmation.
• WhatsApp data is deleted in accordance with Meta's retention policy (maximum 30 days).

Note about WhatsApp / Meta

Messages already delivered through WhatsApp remain subject to Meta's privacy policies. For more information, see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
