  • Provide the WhatsApp-based automated customer service and sales service.
  • Connect to the WhatsApp Business API (Meta) to execute the actions you request.
  • Improve our service and user experience.
  • Send communications related to the service (no spam).
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We process your data based on your consent and for the performance of the service contract.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): messages and the phone number are processed through the WhatsApp API, in accordance with Meta's policies.
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, databases and CDN.
  • Payment processors: only for paid plan transactions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Messages are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and never beyond 30 days, in accordance with Meta's retention policies. Your account data is kept while you have an active account on the Platform.
